I have had Tim out at my place, he was prompt, professional and honest. He fixed my issue in a fair amount of time. He explained things clearly and best of all he responds quickly.

I am very glad to have come across Drains,Inc. We had the septic backing up in the basement. It was a Friday. The earliest anyone was able to come out was the following Tuesday. LM with Drains Inc on Friday afternoon. Tim texted me later that night able to send Pedro out in the morning. We also had Tim come and adjust our toilets that were ghosting and running. Friendly and kind, but most of all reasonably priced for their sevices. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. TP

I called Tim about leaking pipes in our kitchen and bathroom. He and Pedro came the next morning right on schedule and gave me a heads up as he was on the way. He explained in clear terms what the problems and solutions were, fixed the problems in no time, and gave much-appreciated advice on our plans to remodel our kitchen and bathroom.
