The entire experience was top notch from sales to installation. The salesperson explained the process and answered all my questions. His knowledge and experience is far superior to the salesperson from the competitor. Even noting that our gas meter needed upgrading a fact that the other guy missed completely. We started this process when we purchased our house 2 years ago. Kaden came out and looked at everything and quoted. A few projects had to be completed before they could start. In November we were finally able to get the Job completed. We had to break it into 2 parts, since we needed underground wiring before concrete replacement. Gwen, helped with everything! She's wonderful. Jenny Scheduled. Kaden oversaw the project, and answered any questions quickly. They work extremely efficient, and their knowledge and experience not just with the generator , but home electrical was very apparent.
