Showed up on time was very pleasant on the phone and returned my call in a timely manner. Very fair price didn't try to sell me the world amd made recommendations and suggestins based on what I want to do with my fireplace. Mine is set up for gas only and he did make sure it can be used for both gas and log. Highly recommend

I’m really glad I called Bill. With multiple decades in the industry he knows everything there is to know about fireplaces. Communication pre appointment was on point; he worked around my schedule and arrived on time. Educated me on my fireplace unit and the work that had been done to it (I was unaware at first). He did a thorough inspection and gave me an honest assessment of my situation and the fireplace in my home. On top of that I had a question regarding our conversation the following day and he responded quickly with an answer. I appreciate the help Bill and look forward to working with you in the future!
