It has been a pleasure returning to South Holland Vision Center….the new staff (Jessica, Carrington, and Stefany, and also Dr. Williams are AWESOME….FIVE STARS….for all of them and very much appreciated in the work they do and making their patients so special ❤️

I love Dr. Williams he's a great optometrist and his new staff is so sweet and pleasant. I was greeted with smiles and friendly conversation while I waited to be seen. I definitely will be returning and recommending my friends and family!

I enjoyed service with this location, however I’m new to receiving prescriptions. After my exam, I was ushered to purchase glasses from their shop. I declined to purchase from them, but requested a print out of my prescription.I didn’t realize that I needed my PD measurement when trying to order my glasses online. When I called to get this information, they said it was a $30 charge, which I find simply egregious, especially if it’s a measurement they take during the exam for which I paid my co-pay along with my insurance.I can’t state whether this is standard practice or not, but it should certainly be communicated up front.I get that you want to curb patients... read full review
