The therapists, especially Bianca, are skilled and caring, helping patients with their recovery and reducing pain levels. Bianca has received high praise for her ability to assist with shoulder and knee surgeries, showing tremendous dedication and knowledge while providing individualized attention. Connie is also noted for being very helpful and friendly, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. Patients consistently feel greeted with smiles and kindness when they arrive. The customer service is great, and many highly recommend this place for anyone in need of physical therapy, citing the staff's professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff, including Rachelle, is exceptional, guiding patients through every step and making appointments easy to manage. Overall, this location stands out among others, with many patients expressing satisfaction and a desire to return.
