Love the female Vet there. I am new there, so I don't remember her name. Thought to switch from Kragnas after more than 20 years there. Quick and very informative visits there.
Dr. G and all of her staff are great people and always willing to help. The only reason I gave an 8 is because of the cost of the servicing and I do not think any of my friends or even family members could or would be able to afford their servicing cost. I have three fur babies and it is very expensive at this vet but I can't find another vet that is less expensive that would add up to the trust I have for Dr G and the rest of the Illiana staff. I will continue to find some kind of way to be able to pay and continue to bring my fur babies here. I love and Trust these people.
Love Illiana and so does Bailey. Dr Gann has a great rapport with myself and my fur baby. She’s very knowledgeable and listens . Everyone from the receptionist to techs in the back are friendly and caring.
