I had my first wax experience today, and it was nothing like I thought it would be. I was very nervous going in, but Ashley made me feel comfortable. She was very professional & knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the entire process! Her technique makes the process go very quickly, she makes sure there is no hair left behind, and it wasn't painful at all! The ambiance is everything & the customer service is top notch! I will definitely be back!
