“I called Ma & Pa to help me with my personal vehicle. Michelle was very helpful and assured me a 8:45pm on time arrival last night. My tire was fixed and she followed up with me the very next morning. Michelle got me three excellent tires and fixed my bumper. Ma & Pa prices were unbelievably reasonable. After today I’m never taking my car to anyone else. For me it wasn’t just the price but you could tell they cared, and were willing to jump through hoops to help as much as possible. “I broke down a few miles away from their shop the road service diagnose the problem the air dryer and other problems with the system. He was able to get me enough air pressure so that I could limp into his shop saving me an expensive tow bill. It was late when I got there but they let me stay in their secure lot in my sleeper and get some rest. Early the next morning they helped me to get the truck inside their garage and they started working on it immediately. They got the job done and did an excellent job quickly putting me back out on the road. The cost was reasonable and fair for all the work that they did they are located just south of the Interstate 80 and us-30 Junction in Matteson Illinois which is South Suburban Chicago area. I strongly recommend these guys. They put up with me constantly asking them questions and we're happy to answer them. I consider myself so lucky that I broke down so close to a quality shop.“
