Wait Time Is Horrible Here, Had An Appointment For My 10 Month Old At 2:15pm. I Arrived At 1:50pm. It Is Now 3:15pm And Still Haven’t Seen The Doctor, The Chicago Heights Location Is Much Faster, Won’t Be Recommending Or Returning Here.
I brought my kids here for appointments and we literally was there for about 4 hours each time. The wait time is no joke. I’m sitting in one of the back rooms right now and I’ve been here since 10:50am. My appointment was for 11am. It’s now 12:20pm and I haven’t seen the dr. He just walked in yikes
But one thing I will say. I love the dr. He’s very knowledgeable, nice and understanding. I’m coming back just because there aren’t many drs who give a care. But this timeeeeeee. Baby ima have to clear my schedule EVERYTIME
Everyone is so kind, and very professional I truly appreciate (Page) for the effort that she put in to make sure that I was ok. As well as answering any questions that I had. I was seen in a timely manner also was in and out. GREAT WORK
