One of the reasons I don’t stress coming to the doctors is because of Nurse Practitioner C. Howard, she is warm patient, kind, and informative during every aspect of my visit. She addresses my concerns while treating me in a timely manner and is very dedicated to my health not just writing a prescription. The medical staff are also polite, the rooms and offices are always clean.

Look this place is a mixed bag. I understand people who come here can have the best or the worst experiences based on who takes care of them.

The front desk staff are business as usual kind of folks, if you don't know about your insurance, what's covered, etc, they will not hold your hand through it. They'll tell you to call your insurance to understand your benefits. Their job is not billing, it's just to see if you're in network.
