You can tell they really care!I can’t thank South Town & Dr Crittenden enough for taking such great care of my dog, Sparrow. We don’t live very close and don’t use South Town as our regular vet. We had a very special and unusual circumstance where we needed to be work with a vet in this area to let our sweet senior dog be put to rest. The staff was friendly and accommodating to help us with this hard situation and moment in our lives with short notice. Thank you so much for making this challenging time for us possible with our needs.

Recently we were heartbroken to say goodbye to our beloved Tootsie. She was a wonderful kitty who we adopted from a shelter 14+ years ago as a kitten. South Town took care of Tootsie for about 7 years with no complaints from us. She developed diabetes that eventually overtook her. On short notice, I was able to take her in, to stop her suffering. STH was not only caring, but understanding for it was late on a Saturday and didn't want Tootsie to suffer a few more days. They were kind, thoughtful and respectful.
