DR. Kristi Carpenter is without a doubt the best doctor I've ever had. So is her husband DR. Rick, I've been going there for five years. They treat all aspects of my health. Both physically and mentally. Is the office staff busy? Yes. Why. Because they have a lot of patience's. So things take some time. No big deal. I liken it to a restaurant. When there's a line out the door you know it's good. Thank you guys for all your hard work keeping my life together.
Seems like a good practitioner place but the receptionists are quite busy and my questions were not all answered in one call. Phone waits are quite busy at times. I was told have a good day before I could ask about a patient portal.
