“Sutton Road is the best animal hospital in the area for several reasons, and we've been to many specialists:
1) The doctor is exceptionally smart and caring. She recommended a new (approved late last year) drug for our cat that has enhanced his life.
2) These are the nicest staff/vet techs that I have even seen. It's a pleasure to come in.
3) The clinic itself is not chaotic. It's quiet, and you quickly move into a room. Great for skittish pets or ones that don't tolerate others.
4) The costs are truly reasonable, which is odd for a smaller group, but I believe this is because they prioritize care rather than gouging.

They give well-educated observations, options and advice if asked for. Im heartbroken that my cat was so sick but they understood. The whole staff was awesome. Front desk was exceptional. “I have to keep this short before I start bawling again but wanted to give a huge recommendation for this place as an ER because a few days ago my husband and I had that nightmare, the one every single person reading this dreads, when one of our beloved cats died very suddenly, as in one minute the cat who had not been sick at all was playing and fine and the next he'd frozen up into some kind of siezure and stopped breathing in a matter of seconds. Terrified and in shock I googled ER vet near me and thank God I got this place, calling them while running to the car with our cat. We lost him, yes, to an apparent heart attack, but the kindness and care and steadfast feeling this clinic gave us when we needed it most has won them our loyalty and I'm grateful to everyone on staff that night for taking care of us, and of Captain Larry.“

“I am not one to leave reviews but.. I would like to thank the whole team for being so kind and compassionate to me and my piggy. They took great care of my girl until it was time for her to be put down. I called an hour before closing time and they told me they would wait for me. As they were getting things ready even though it was past closing time the girl that was there offered more time for us to say goodbye. It really meant a lot to me and my family. We are super thankful. I just opened my mail and saw they sent a sympathy card, it brought tears to my eyes. These are the people you want taking care of your pets! Always welcoming and attentive.
