Water Heater Installation Repair near South Chicago Heights

“Honest Guys did an excellent job with the installation of my new furnace with humidifier system on December 23, 2023. They keep me informed on the delivery of the equipment with ETA status for their arrival. My new furnace is running great, but they had a problem with the new humidifier not starting up due to a programming with the panel. So I was scheduled for 2nd visit to complete the final installation on humidifier. It was scheduled for December 27, 2023 between 9-10AM which they texted me/called me to advise me they were on their way. The owner Antonio came out with his two technicians to make sure everything was completed which they did an excellent job. I highly recommended them for your HVAC services.Sincerely,Mia“

“I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“

Lavelle stayed on the phone with tech support from the manufacturer explaining what he was seeing. The problem was figured out and the part number that was needed was obtained. Lavelle then obtained the part, came back and installed it.We also needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced. Lavelle asked what type of faucet I prefer.
