“I have been using Rose, Hammond, for the last two years. I have a set service and they come every few months to spray and check the house. They have been consistent and responsive. The few times I have had an issue, they came and resolved it in one visit. My tech, Steve, is awesome. I think he is just a good person and never hesitates to discuss things in detail and offer suggestions. “I was beyond frustrated with a problem of constant fruit flies in my kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. We tried for two months to use every product out there to stop them. They would go away for a while and then come back. We dumped more expensive stuff down our drains, cleaned out drain pipes and they always came back. In tears and frustration I called Platinum.
