“We had them replace a 45-year-old AC Unit. It was so old, they had to have a place in Texas rebuild the unit. It took 3 and a half months. They purchased 2 brand new portable units for our bedroom and living room right away for us to use in the mean time. It saved us big time, as it was a very warm summer in 2022. We could not have been happier with their service and salesman Dave. We had 5 different estimates, Dave went over many details to help us decide what to do. Not one of the other guys asked us a thing. Their price was actually on the lower end of all of them. It was a hard job, due to the age and location as we also have a boiler. “I am seeing some negative reviews below that seem to be associated with Petry building, but is my understanding that Vulcan has separated themselves from Petry. I had an awesome experience work with Heidi at Vulcan, and they delivered with an awesome house that exceeded our expectations. During the walk through Heidi pointed out more (minor) issues that needed to be fixed than we would have ever noticed. All details were remedied, we were able to close on time, and we couldn't be happier!“
