Our garage door broke unexpectedly and they were able to come out within a day. Two gentlemen came out and fixed the door in about a half an hour. They were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
If you need garage door repair these are your guys! Dee & his team were here within an hour to replace the bracket on the lift mechanism. Adjusted the spring & oiled the track & all moving parts for just over $100. First time in a long time I didn't feel ripped off.
Extremely happy! Our garage door spring broke last night so we called a few companies that ended up being very shady. Called Metro East Overhead Doors today at 10:20am and our garage was up and running before noon! D and his technician even went above and beyond by greasing the track (??) and adjusting one of the sides. The price was very fair. I would 100% recommend metro east based on their professionalism, friendliness, communication, quality of Service and price.
