“Massage monkey didn't leave a muscle untouched. I really enjoyed my massage and looking forward to return. I will definitely spread the word about the fantastic service.“
“From the moment I drove down the driveway approaching Stillpointe I immediately felt the calm lovely energy. The beauty of the property took my breath. I was warmly welcomed and treated like family. Had a transformational healing session with Kim. What a wonderful experience! I'll be back!“
“I recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience. Nice staff and clean quiet atmosphere. Call to make an appointment.“
“Excellent physical therapy location for active people. Been great at helping me work through some leg issues associated with my workouts. Great if you're a middle aged athlete.“
“Carol is so accommodating. I leave her totally relaxed every time. My physical therapist told me I needed to see a message therapist in addition to PT for my shoulder to improve. I did and it has.“
“Great massage! Brandy is very professional and communicates well with her clients. I would highly recommend her“
“I leave this yoga class feeling incredibly relaxed and even euphoric at times. It is a very nurturing environment. I also recommend Lissa's personal training and coaching. She helped me with a shoulder and knee pain, self image and confidence. She is very knowledgeable about the human body.“
“A nice little Exercise Fitness club that's locally owned and co-oped by Memorial Hospital. The place looks much larger on the inside then the outside that looks quite unassuming. Really opens up once you get inside. There's a front desk to check-in and sign up for classes and or memberships manned by at least one staff member. They offer numerous classes both as part of your overall membership as well as those that require a fee, but even that's pretty reasonable ($5 for a drop-in, $30-50 for the month depending on the class).Everyone there seems nice and pleasant and the staff are very caring and will answer any questions you have or if you need help with a machine. They have activities ranging from free-weights/weight training machines to a cardio suite and indoor track (though it's relatively small) that goes between the weight and cardio rooms. They offer Yoga, Zumba, Boxing, Karate, Tai Chi, Circuit, Sliver Sneakers 62+, Stretching, Racquetball, Spinning and much more.Signing up is relatively simple just digitally sign a few waivers and policy acknowledgments and you can sign up for a monthly membership that $50 which is similar to the YMCA, they also offer weekly and daily passes as well. If your a member of Silver Sneakers, Renew Active from UHC, or have some other gym member benefit with a Medicare Advantage Plan or Policy your membership is free as along as you remain a member of the issuing insurance company, program, or plan. This also entitles you to some of the classes for free, but some you still have to pay for like Karate, Pilates, and Yoga. As mentioned above it's usually never over 30 to 50 bucks and you can pay $5 before the class as a drop in for the day.Overall seems like a great place to improve both your body and socialization skills as most people are nice and will often greet you whether it's your first time going or have been a regular here for years. Quite pleased I discovered this place, and more so as it's close to home. Hoping to get my mom to join as well!“
“Fun and comfortable place, the people who work here are very respectful, and what a better place to get your hair cut; than in downtown!“
“Hot stones weren’t my deal but everything else was what I expected.
Clean and friendly.“
“Hey all. I'm an Army vet who has a history of back and neck issues from my active duty service. I admittedly do not go as often as I should. I went in just last week and, without being dramatic, could barely move. Dr. Clasquin saw me on back to back days, and I couldn't be more appreciative of his care. Niki got me in within 24 hours, with no issue. I was in a world of hurt, and within those 2 visits, I was nearly 100% once more. Can't leave enough praise for Brett and Niki. I will surely be returning.“
