What a pleasure! This is what it is like to hire a professional. I live in a high rise in Chicago and had 3 prior floor installers not show up, and when they did eventually, they were late, full of excuses and I waited months with still no new floor (Avoid Empire Carpet if you can!). Tibu Hardwood Floors came highly recommended and what a refreshing experience. First, Mr. Tibu showed up at the time he scheduled the initial quote.
