I was able to get an appt in a timely fashion. The office ran on time and everyone I met was professional. The physician was attentive & took his time to address my concerns. I requested the physician to write down his recommendations for me and he willingly did it.

All of the staff members were clearly up early and did not hesitate to welcoming their patients. I was in for an early morning mole removal and they accepted my Meridian insurance. They ended up removing a second mole as well that seemed more urgent. Spot on with identifying and categorizing them. The procedure was very (almost negligible) mild amount of pain and they had very up-to-date technology for all procedures. The office and patient rooms were spotless. All staff members were very knowledgeable about their practice in Dermatology and healthcare in general. I was seen by Dr. Bouchers, very professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Dermatologist. He takes time to explain things. Thanks to the receptionist, also.
