We have used Service Max for more than 15 years. We have a service plan and they come right out if there is a problem usually within an hour for HVAC. In addition, we have used them for plumbing and electrical as well. All of the service technicians are efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any household problem.

As always, Servicemax performed above and beyond the call of duty. They have just completed the restoration of extensive HVAC repairs, and ductwork replacement after a fire loss at a Lake county housing Authority multi family property. Additionally, they restored emergency lighting and extensive electrical services at the property.

Had no heat overnight. Called at 6:45 am and Mike was out by 7:30 am. Mike was able to do a safe temporary fix on the boiler and restored heat. I have used Servicemax in the past and they have always been professional and go the extra step.
