Was searching for a company that would a) call me back and b) make me feel safe in the quality of the work. First Rick and then Mickey from Remodeling by the Tinman did that and more. I wasn't an easy customer, and this was a down-to-the studs redo, and Mickey especially was with me every step of the way. The quality work was done by Seve but Mickey was very involved with making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend this company without any reservations. Ellen

Two days later and wow, I have a new kitchen floor and my washer and dryer are up from the basement in a room off my kitchen on main floor. A lot of work and all led by Rick Reiner, owner of his business for over 30 years and his courteous and professional team of excellent craftsmen. I am so happy.. no more up and down the stairs to do laundry. Should have done this long ago. They left all the areas spotless. I plan to use Rick for all of my remodeling needs.

Rick Reinert is the best! We had remodeling done on our small bathroom, and Rick spent time with us, told us what we needed to do and gave us good leads on where to get materials. When it was done it looked fantastic. The tile work was beautiful. Peter, the guy who did the work was very businesslike and went right to it. My wife and I could not be more pleased.
