Many kudos to Precision. My parents have been using them for decades and when I moved to the area I started using them as well. With the recent deep freeze my heating system stopped working temporarily and they came out for an emergency review. Before they got in the system came back on. When the workman was there, he instructed my wife where to find the error code so when a couple hours later it failed again, we were able to figure out the problem. They were honest that the part they needed was not in stock but offered to come back the next day. They also explained how to safely do a temporary fix so that the system would run until they could do the fix. The cost was downright reasonable. To another few decades of HVAC service

Quick response from the company. Ricardo was amazing. He came to diagnose issue with my AC and give me information on sealing holes in my vents. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He gave me all the info I needed to make a decision on how to proceed. Will ask for him for future work.

We have been using them for years. Installs and repairs are handled in an efficient and cost effective manner. If it's an emergency (no heat or no A/C) Rudy usually shows up at our door within 4 hours and fixes the problem right away if he has the right parts on his truck. (He usually does)
