I recently visited Pearle Vision @Skokie location for my annual eye exam and glasses. The service and customer care were exceptional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. The selection of frames was impressive, and the staff provided helpful recommendations. I felt valued as a customer, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Even though my annual exams are not showing that I need glasses, i still enjoy the exam experience. Very nice doctors. I also like their choices and how the employees find a new style of sunglasses that I like.
