An absolutely painless experience. Dr. Young has a great "chair-side" manner. She explains exactly what is happening and what you will feel, so there is no surprise or uncertainty. They even explained how the insurance will work. They took me right on time. Endodontic surgery is never a pleasant experience, but this came close.

This was my third or fourth visit to Endodontics Limited. The quality of care has been exceptional every time. From the moment I walk in the office my experience has always been positive: the staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout my entire visit. The dental assistant brought me in to the treatment area promptly, and efficiently took dental X-rays without a feeling of being rushed. This is my second root canal with Dr. Fayad who did the previous one as well. People who knew I was going for a "root canal" have terrible misconceptions about the procedure as well as the recovery. Dr. Young is phenomenal. I had never had a root canal before and was terrified to the point of tears. She immediately walked in the room and talked me through everything and asked what I needed—which is a huge deal if you have anxiety. I also have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which can come with a variety of complicating issues. She was gentle, quick, and did a great job. If I ever need a root canal again, I would return to her in a heartbeat.
