Be Careful where you park and do not leave valuables in your car. Their parking lot does not appear to be monitored. There have been frequent occurrences of cars being broken into here. The scumbags know they can come here for an easy score and get away with it.

This is a really great gym for all kinds of people, from casuals to serious athletes. The gym sections are very large and have all kinds of equipment (treadmills, free weights, and machines) that anyone would need. There are also lots of classes and extras that go with it (IE a cafe, salon, pool, etc).I can give it a solid 4/5 but not a 5 because the price is prohibitive. You can get the same kind of high-end gym floors and extra perks at other chains and locations for considerably less cost. This is a great health club if you qualify for a discount, but otherwise your money may go much farther at a different place.

Life time old orchard has come a long way and with recent renovations it’s hard to say it’s “old orchard”, but seems more like “New Orchard” to me! Kudos to all the staff and all their hard work it really shows! Look forward to more great things and my health journey/social athletic country club life!
