I went with this company after another contractor tried ripping me off. Lakeland was not the cheapest but they did work with me on the price. Ultimately, I chose Lakeland Exteriors because the owner was very responsive and trustworthy. My new roof looks great. I strongly recommend Lakeland Exteriors. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating!
The team at Lakeland worked tirelessly to ensure we were satisfied and loved the finished product. We recently moved into a new home, and needed help assessing the condition of our roof and coming up with a plan. They were honest and upfront with us about different options, providing us an option for repair or replacement. They worked with us on a specific solution to fit our needs. Additionally, they added a free additional layer to our roof after the initial work was complete to ensure we were thrilled with the final product.
