I can’t say enough good things about this business. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year—95 degrees and climbing. I called Adam at 6:30 PM, and he was at our home within 20 minutes. Just as he was about to start, it began pouring rain. Without hesitation, Adam promised to return as soon as the weather cleared up. True to his word, he was back by 8:30 PM, right after the rain stopped, and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.

Great experience. Adam was able to come and check the AC unit a couple hours after I called. Was here for maybe an hour and got it fixed and working again. Price was reasonable. Keep in mind that this is an older unit and will eventually need to be replaced when something bigger goes wrong with it. However, for now, we can keep it going with reasonable repairs and coolant recharges. I would recommend them for anyone needing repairs for an older unit that might have a little life left in it. My furnace stopped functioning right and I couldn’t get anyone to come out for 3 days. I called Adam at J&A and he was able to come right away and was here within 25 minutes. He was finishing his last job for the evening in Wilmette and instead of going home he chose to help me. Great service, fair pricing, and most of all, a super nice man that is very knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend this Hvac business!!!!
