i was savagly attacked at the best buy at5425 w touhy skokie.a homless man who best buy allows to stay there and play computers .i was leaving the store when a black man 30 years old cut me off with i divi bike and demanded money i told him i had none , and he attacked me with no security from best buy coming to help. the skokie police were great as the arrested him as i placed charges. went back for the last time to best buy to pickup my computer today. thw manager said the same guy was in there today playing computers. i was outraged, thwy release this savage, and best buy welcomes him back in. his stolen bike is there and his clothes. i wouldnt go to best buy ever... read full review

Over all I think the store itself is fine, although I realized something the other day when I was there. I recognize one of your employees from online. I believe they have a "nsfw" twitter, that is not private and the only reason I noticed is because she posted multiple pictures IN uniform/AT the store and with another coworker. I'm all for supporting women and women getting money, but cmon now. This does give the store an unprofessional look and definitely raises eyebrows account @Ixnnaeeir_

To be honest, Best Buy feels eerie to me in the same way as a Toys R Us or a Blockbuster. You know - places of our past that were totally normal and poppin, and now are nonexistent. Except somehow, Best Buy continues to persevere. And every time I go there (which is never more than twice a year), I can't help but wonder how. But maybe in the case of the Skokie Best Buy, it could be due to the wonderful customer service given by supervisor Thomas! I went in feeling nervous (what can I say, making big purchases and new technology in general stress me out), hoping to trade in my older computer for a newer model.
