I always had plans on changing up my basement but that was always a "want," when that became a NEED due to an unforseen basement flood, Shain and his entire team were an absolute dream to work with to make my basement vision come to reality. They were fully transparent with what projects will need to be done and benefits of said projects. They were amazing with always asking me what *I* wanted to do rather than assuming anything. The entire process of everything that ensued after the flood was such an easy process, Shain was always amazing with constant communication of next steps/what to expect. NOT to mention that it took the team ONLY 1 month to completely redo my basement making everything looks PERFECT. He got the most out of the insurance and way more than I expected. Roof, gutters, down-spouts, garage door, soffit, facia, front door and storm door and window coverings.
