Last week Sinan fixed an ongoing leak from my upstairs neighbors shower which was leaking into my ceiling below. Today he came out because Our condo building has a lot of old pipes and recently the air conditioning condensing drain and pipes got clogged causing both a flood in my hvac closet and a downpour through my neighbors ceiling below. They brought out tons of tools and kept going with multiple contraptions working diligently to remedy this stubborn clog between units.
