“I tried to roll the dice on a Friday and walk in without an appointment. They were booked for a wedding party and didn’t have any appointments. I was a little bummed, but the way the employee (I assume the owner) handled it really impressed me. She apologized and even tried to squeeze me in the next day. I thought she was really professional and it made the situation a lot better.
