Very professional, and flexible scheduling. Nice professional home office as well.
Not a big massage type. Very user friendly.
Tom is very passionate and knowledgeable. I like how he explains in detail on why you may be experiencing pain from injury and his strategy to help relieve pain from that injury. Most LMT's just get right into the massage and do not ask enough questions in the initial assessment/consultation. Tom was very thorough.
