Bought a Valvoline Synthetic oil 5 quart to do an oil change on my car. Get home and there's oil all over the back, thankfully mostly in the weather guard. But it's all over everything back there. Half a quart, at least. Oil cap seal was not cracked, so not sure why it leaked, but after spending an hour dumping Oil Dry in my car and cleaning off the items in the back of my car, I called the store. Was offered my money back for the oil, and told that once it leaves the store, not their problem. Shop there 5 days a week. Done.

Terrible store location! Everything is unorganized. I went shopping today and the last at this location. The staff at the door was rude and was insinuating that we did not pay. Asked her if she wanted to see the transaction and she did not understand. Clearly English isn't her first Language and is the worst person to have asking people for receipts at the exit.

Their pick up is awful. Waited THREE HOURS just for the teenage workers to keep giving me a song and dance of "there's only one order in front of yours so if should be out soon", to "there's 25 orders ahead of yours. You should cancel and reschedule". They don't know how to do their jobs and have things in order.. yikes!
