She was very friendly, helpful, made sure the new glasses I tried on were very comfortable, compared measurements from my old glasses to the new, and more! She was even multi tasking and answering calls too cuz it was a busy time of day. She offered to also tighten my old glasses cuz they are a bit loose from being old.
