Very kind and compassionate people! Amazing quality of care from the doctors and nurses and the front of house staff are just as lovely!
They always respond fast to my needs and truly seem thoughtful and deliberate in my care. Both my mother and partner have had great experiences as well. I would 100% recommend anyone give them a try.
I went in for my new patient exam on a mid-June Friday morning to see Dr. Laura Crandall and was so satisfied with my visit. Upon walking into the building, I was greeted with a friendly smile from a mutual friend (Katelyn) at the front desk. The wait wasn't long, paperwork and insurance went smoothly, and the receptionist gave me a welcome bag full of goodies when I was called into the room. Isaac, the medical assistant, was very kind, funny, and professional. He told me a funny story while drawing blood, a nice distraction. Dr. Crandall is also very caring, personable, and professional. I visited this facility with my significant other (the patient) and was impressed from start to finish. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional (even after we had to reschedule a half hour because we went to the wrong location ?). They took us back to the exam room right away and did the usual workup before we saw the nurse practitioner. Gaylin Manion, FNP-C was fantastic. She was very thorough, truly cared about each and every issue that was brought to her attention, and offered legitimate short and long term solutions to those issues...instead of the usual assembly line treatment that so many of us are used to.
