Wise Road Animal Hospital has been serving pets for over 30 years. They are known for their compassionate and knowledgeable staff. One customer had a less than positive experience with communication regarding a scheduled procedure, but was ultimately satisfied with the hospital's resolution. Another customer praised the hospital for their same-day care and detailed explanations when their Yorkie needed urgent attention after a bad experience at the groomer. They found the staff to be caring and supportive.
I have been to a number of vets as I have lived in different places, but wise road is by far the best, and most thorough. We have been bringing our pets there for a number of years now and could not be more pleased with the care of everyone on their team. Both vets are incredibly knowledgeable and have kept our animals healthy and happy. A special shout-out to chuck, as he is always beyond helpful whenever I call or have a question. I live far into the city now, but will still make the commute every time to have my cats seen at wise road because of their quality of care and amazing service. Thank you Wise Road!
I've been coming to WRAH for almost a decade. The wonderful vets and staff always provide excellent care for my dog Dewie. No health issue is too big or small for this team, and they refer me to specialists as needed. Dewie loves the attention she gets from the entire staff on every visit. I would never trust my furry family member to anyone else.
I’m disappointed in the lack of communication from reception. Dr. Pfeiffer was amazing when handling our kitten, but we have rescheduled his neuter procedure 3 separate times. He was supposed to come in on the 6th for his procedure, which is the latest they would honor his blood work, and the doctor is injured and unable to complete the procedure. Now we spent 3 months waiting on appointments for him to get fixed, and now we have to completely restart because no other places will honor his blood work since it was done so long ago. Obviously life happens and people get hurt or sick, but it’s been ridiculous trying to work with them because I don’t get a call until...read full review
