Unfortunately I worked for Synergy for just a couple months due to personal things. But, Synergy was an amazing place to work. I actually looked forward to going to work everyday! Every person there was so kind and they truly do care about their clients and their employees so much! I’d say this is a GREAT company!!!

I have been a caregiver for many years and worked for numerous agencies. This agency is the best. They take care of the clients like family in. I would not work for anyone else. If you need anything the only questions are when,how much and what else can we do. Taking care of the clients is number one. I have never encountered a client that did not have a good thing to say about Paul the owner and Jocelyn . If you need any kind of care call them. One great company.

Synergy HomeCare gave me chance to contribute to the world by taking care of our Seniors. Divine and Jocelyn helped me get on board and I love their training! Paul, the owner is very professional and warm person and made sure that he is hands on with everything. He is honest and sincere when he talks. I like the inservice training because I gained friends and knowledge about my job. The activities are so fun and engaging. Everybody in the office was there to engage and join the lesson. I love working with this company and I love my client . He is so cool!
