RJ2 Technologies has been a great support to our organization and has been for many years. The team very quickly responds to our requests and inquiries and we view them as an integral part of our organization and not as a “vendor” or “outsource” group. We work in a telecom industry and it is really important that our phone systems and computers are always functioning effectively. The IT staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and a great source of information.
My company has had a partnership with RJ2 for 5 years. We do not have an onsite IT person but use RJ2 as if they were. They are very responsive and are always looking forward to better protect our company. I highly recommend them as their quality of work and professionalism is second to none.
We were having issues with our IT consultants and hired RJ2 Technologies to come in and take over our IT solutions. It was one of the best decisions we have made. During there review they pointed out several areas that we needed to address and came in with a plan to implement the changes to coincide with our budget.RJ2 is very proactive and the communication with us is fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
