Having suffered an air conditioning emergency during the Labor Day Weekend, we called Residential Heating and Cooling to come to our rescue. They arrived THE SAME DAY (Thank you, Kendra!) and within an hour, we had our problem solved.
Jon, our tech, was friendly, professional, and an obvious expert. He explained everything he was doing and didn't leave until we were all satisfied that the air conditioning was working well.

Needed help with a malfunctioning A/C compressor, so did a survey of Google ratings for HVAC contractors in Chicago's north suburbs and these folks scored among the highest. But they really iced that cake when I called, and on a Sunday no less, expecting either no answer or maybe an answering service operator. Nope: a really cheerful guy took the call and stunned me by introducing himself as the freakin' OWNER (Eric) of the business! When has that ever happened in this century?
