It's all about Oscar Rocha and Luis. We work out many nights . This location is new , clean, super friendly. Oscar will say my name as I walk through the door. He ask would I like to use massage first or workout. While I get ready he has massage chair/bed ready for me. When I bring a friend he learns their name. If we workout to long aster hours he allows us to finish our workout. As well as Luis watches over us making sure our workout is going well. I never seen this at any other location. Cleanliness is a top priority at this location, and it shows. The facility is spotless, from machines to bathroom. You will constantly observe the staff members tidying up and ensuring equipment is clean and sanitized.
The availability of equipment is impressive.There's at least two, if not more, of each machine. Even during peak hours, I never have to wait long to use the machines or weights I needed. This location has a wide range of equipment catering to all fitness levels, which allowed me to diversify my workouts and achieve my fitness goals effectively. This location is very large. Just wanted to compliment tony for being such a big help with a small issue, within 2 club visits he was able to resolve a small concern I had. He is always very polite every time I see him and same goes for all of the rest of the staff.
