I’ve been training at P3 for almost a year now (on and off due to life being chaotic) but every time I go in I’m always greeted with a hello and a smile from all the coaches! It always feels like I never even left! All the coaches are super kind and knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any and all questions you may have, with patience and understanding! I’ve met a handful of girls who are all super friendly as well and in my experience that can be hard to find sometimes at gyms. I’m super grateful for P3 and the few friends I’ve made in my time being there! If you are a woman, and find working with bigger, stronger men a bit intimidating they do offer a women’s only class every Wednesday at 7 and Friday at 5:30(I believe, call to be sure) that I really enjoy! 10/10 definitely recommend P3 to anyone on the search for a place that is welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and fun!
