I hate giving bad feedback but I couldn't keep quiet on my experience. If you are looking for a professional to install hair extensions, please avoid from her. I had my weft hand tied hair extensions done by Jackie and it was the worst service I have ever received. The hair extensions were pointy on both sides and after the first week they started to fall off. I was on a vacation and I had to ask the salon from the hotel to fix one of the sides. After I arrived back home, the other row started to fall off and I contacted her but the communication was terrible only by Instagram no answered the phone and never texted me back. I couldn't get an answer on the phone, texts or emails.very unprofessional. I had to pay another professional to fix it. I am completely disappointed, she only wants your money (it will be the first thing she will ask you for). The aumont she charge should be a decent job but it’s not.She charged $250 for 2 hours and she did in less 40 minutes. Please AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHE.

Jackie is a true professional taking the time to listen to your needs and using top quality products to achieve the desired look. Always have a great experience with Jackie and I get so many compliments. Pricing is very reasonable considering the quality and level of service she provides. Book in advance because she is in high demand!
