Indian CPA - Indian Tax Consultant

Have been using their service for past couple of years and everything was fine and expensive for simple w2’s.I had to file for itin. They prepared all the documents and asked me to file it personally in the local tax office saying it will be faster. There were no appointments available for the next month and I did not wanted to miss the deadline. So I requested them if they can create a package and mail it (as done by every other firm) but no timely response. Even called them for the same but no positive response.After filing it through someone else, they come back to charge me for the same. Horrible!!! They have a live chat and if you ask them any questions they just ignore your question. Why have a live chat if you can't answer any questions, it wasn't like I was asking them to file my taxes for free!! Get over yourselves, what a bunch of clowns over there. Do not recommend at all!!! Guess you have to be Indian to be acknowledged!!

Very quick in response and appreciate their professionalism. Mr. Roy, Sumana and Pravin are very experienced and understand every person's tax case accurately and provide the guidance accordingly. I would any day suggest my friends to Mr. Roy's team.
