On the eve of giving thanks. First, I'd like to express my gratitude to my beauty-bestie nurse, Sanjana, who has provided me with exceptional care and assistance in repairing my hair. I am truly thankful! Secondly, to Schaumburg's front office staff. I always look forward to seeing y'all. Last but not least, Dr. Patel and others, for their vast medical knowledge, doctors, which span numerous areas of expertise. I feel fortunate to have a support team throughout my medical journey.

Dr Ritish Patel is the most arrogant self proclaimed important person of the many doctors and staff at this location. Their actions and words speak volumes. Held the door open for Dr Ritish Patel as I saw him approaching the doors with his hands full, he walked right through, no "thank you" nothing!! I called him out on it and he continued to ignore me and kept walking. Was there on a different occasion and heard a staff personnel mock a delivery person, referring to this adult as a delivery boy. Very condescending. Id stay away from these AHoles.

worst place hands down i made a appointment to see Dr.t and when i went in the room this np Laura said she will be seeing me which if i made a appointment to see a certain doctor that's who i want to see not some random, then she takes 45 min asking random questions that have nothing to do with why im there then she goes out of the room and i can hear her saying im not sure what to do with this patient then the ma comes and and says im all good so i wasted almost 2 hours of my time to get no answer im putting in a complaint with the medical board because this np had no clue what she is doing.
