I've been here for acne, eczema, botox, and even tattoo removal and my experiences were always great. I appreciate the Doctors' (plural) honesty when it comes to the risks of treating darker skin with some of these products, a good Doctor will always tell you the warnings and will have a good idea and what will and will not suite they patient and for me they've always hit the nail on the head.“

“I had a surgerical procedure done by Dr. Barsky on 5/2/25. It was a rather large Lipoma that was on my head. Dr. Barsky removed it in 20 minutes. The whole visit took less than an hour, and I was a new patient. The office staff is very professional and prompt. Olena is Dr. Barsky's medical assistant, she was so helpful and caring. She answers all of your questions and does not seem bothered by them at all. This is an excellent doctor and he has surrounded himself with excellent professionals that assist him. The anxiety of walking around with a lump on my head is gone thanks to 15 minutes of Dr. Barsky's time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has any skin or dermatology needs“

“Dr. Bhatia and his staff are truly amazing! They were very thorough when explaining the procedure, after care and recovery expectations and made me feel very comfortable during the actual procedures. Dr. Bhatia and his nurses are extremely caring and genuine. I have been beyond satisfied with my experience and results and highly recommend them! I had severe cystic acne that left me with depressions in my cheeks and made me extremely self conscious when wearing makeup or being in a certain kind of light that seemed to call even more attention to my scars. As someone who has lived with acne scars for over 20 years and has tried a whole host of topical creams, fillers and even laser treatments, I was optimistic when I was referred to Dr. Bhatia by my dermatologist. When I met with Dr. Bhatia for my consultation, I could hear the confidence in his voice that I was a great candidate for subcision and filler. He explained the procedure along with the realistic expected recovery time. Additionally he laid out a plan for how to improve other skin concerns I had like my skin texture, acne flare-ups and oil production. I left hopeful that he could help make some improvements to the depressed areas on my cheeks. It is now 5 months after my subcision procedure and there aren't enough words to describe how happy I am with the results. The comments and compliments from my friends and family who've known how I've struggled with my scars make me feel even more confident about the results. In the plan Dr. Bhatia had discussed with me he felt I could improve the overall texture of my skin and start rebuilding collagen with a Mixto CO2 Fractional Laser procedure. I had that done in February and once again the procedure, recovery time and results were exactly as he described them. The great thing about the Mixto laser is that I will continue to see more improvements for the next several months. I went in recently for a check-up and some botox and decided to make an appointment to have subcision on the scars on my chin. I am looking forward to this procedure as it will finish out my journey down the acne scar recovery path, a path a year ago I never even knew existed. I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to Dr. Bhatia as he has really changed the way I look at myself and I finally feel confident in my appearance.“

“I have been visiting Dr. Chittenenni and her staff for about 4 or 5 years now. I like her directness about what she can and cannot improve. Mostly I appreciate her aggressiveness at treating any facial spot that might be pre cancerous. I do a lot of walking in a forest preserve, and get a lot of these, even with sunscreen. Her staff is also so kind, caring, and friendly. I will always be coming back here.“

“Had appointment 8/28/2023 and received great care. On 9/6/2023, received Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Insurance stating I will owe $178.23. A few days later, Midwest Dermatology send me an email with the invoice. I paid it in full on 9/15/2023. In December 2024, nearly 1-1/2 years later, I received a bill from Midwest Dem stating I owe another $45. They apparently resubmitted the claim under their 2024 contractual agreement and are now trying to collect more money. This is a great example of unethical billing practices. I do not recommend them. (By the way I am VP & RN for a large Medical Group, so I am familiar with medical practices.)“
