Our air conditioner had a leak in the coil and wasn't keeping up with the mid summer head. Another company quoted really high to diagnose and fix it (6 year old equipment) & were really set on upselling us a new furnace and ac unit that we didn't need. Corcoran came over quickly, diagnosed the leak, located it, and had it back up and running within a few hours. Thanks Tom & crew!
I did some research, made some phone calls, and finally settled on Corcoran to inspect my AC unit at my home. I spoke with two separate people on the phone and both were very nice. Paul was the technician who came to my house. He was on time, polite, patient, thorough, and explained everything to me.
