I did some research, made some phone calls, and finally settled on Corcoran to inspect my AC unit at my home. I spoke with two separate people on the phone and both were very nice. Paul was the technician who came to my house. He was on time, polite, patient, thorough, and explained everything to me. I was very happy with the service I received and I will use them again in the future if needed.

I am very grateful for the Corcoran team -- and hope that you will learn to depend on them as much as I have over the past 12+ years. As part of a remodel project, I needed makeup air to compensate for walls and ductwork that would be removed. First, they conducted an on-site assessment of the residence and provided a detailed proposal for their services. Months later they were able to quickly assign a crew to do the work before the remodeling began. Multiple, seasoned team members got the job done well under the time estimated. Professional, kind and thorough, the Corcoran team ensured the automated controller and electrical setup with the damper was in working order and even took time to explain how it was implemented, including placement for easy maintenance in the future. No detail was left undone. They were happy to explain the inner workings to me so that I felt comfortable with how it all worked end-to-end. Their team lead also capitalized on an unexpected opportunity to coordinate their efforts with our remodeler, who was also on-site the same day. He made sure he understood how the makeup air system and damper control could work with the new kitchen range hood that would be installed the following month. The sheet metal fabrication fit and finish on the new ductwork shows how much attention to detail the ownership instills in their team. They care about their craft and doing things right the first time. I continue to be a customer of Corcoran because of experiences like this one. I'm never disappointed and am always left with the feeling like the work was done correctly and communicated respectfully. Kudos to Corcoran for making customers for life!
