I worked with (Linda) who was wonderful. She was attentive and so helpful assisting with making sure the whole process went smoothly. BrightStar was extremely responsive and made sure to find the most appropriate caregivers. All the caregivers went above and beyond.
BrightStar was responsive and helpful through our hospice experience. Everyone from the person I coordinated with (Linda) to the nurse who evaluated (Ciara) to the overnight caregiver (Isidro) was patient, kind, sympathetic and professional. I don't hesitate to recommend BrightStar.
I have been more than pleased with the caregivers from Bright Star. They are my Angels that come to take care of my husband. I would highly recommend Bright Star and all their staff. Tulha, Phoebe and Isaiah are the best. They are more like family to me. You'll never regret giving them a call. They match up your family needs with the right person. I'd give them more than 5 Stars if I could!!!
