The worst fucking bank in history. From 1am to 4 am there app just does simply not work. Even if you have overdraft protection you will still be over drafted and charged fees. Shady as fuck. If you use your card too frequently or at certain gas stations it will be locked and it takes 1-2 days to get the at resolved. You're savings accounts will be closed if you run too low on money. Overall shitty customer experience in my last 6 years with BMO.
Very rude people working in this Branch. Every time I am going in this Branch, it's destroyed my whole day and I am very upset. Last time I stopped to put Money to my mom bank account , she is 92 year old, but Ronda, clerk who was helping me was extremely Rude with me, she didn't even tell me, if those money I bring was enough to cover negative balance. She raised her voice on me, and repit 10 times, what she can't give me information about account. I didn't ask her information about account, I just asked, if $300 my mom asked me to put on her bank account will cover negative balance. Very nasty people working in this Branch. Except Josefina, she is like a Sunshine in that nasty place....
A woman named Rhonda and another woman, Carolynn, accused me of depositing a fraudulent check today. I walked into the bank after depositing the check 2 days ago. My online app showed me that there was an available balance. I came with my Son as we were on our way to the mall to do some spring break shopping. They couldn't figure out why my balance was showing a negative number, but I had an available balance of more than $500. The only reason I chose this branch to deposit the check instead of my regular home branch in Bloomingdale was due to convenience in location. The teller had no idea what to do and so he asked Carolynn, a banker, for her help. Carolynn called Rhonda from downstairs to "help" me after I told her never mind I will just go to my home branch (I'm thinking because my home branch is friendly and efficient). Carolynn insisted on "settling the matter" at their branch and picked up the phone right away and called Rhonda. At this point I'm annoyed because I wanted to just leave and go talk to my home branch banker. But I waited with my Son. Rhonda came upstairs to "help" me by telling me that my check is fraudulent and there is no available balance. I told her that I didn't understand because I've deposited the same check at my home branch and they never accused me of fraud. She wrote down an 800 number for me to call. Rhonda was so rude to me. I actually cried when I got into my car. Horrible unfriendly Karens working here!!!! do not bank at this branch!!!!!
