“Georgie is well taken care of when getting groomed. The staff does a great job and he always looks handsome.“
“I've gone here for the last 2 years and always trust Al to do a great job. And I know Monroe hates having her face washed or cut so the fact that she always looks so cute and symmetrical is amazing. Would highly recommend, he's great at communicating and always makes Monroe look great“
“Danielle & her employees are the best. Our dog, Jackson, LOVES to go to Crossroads Grooming & Boarding! The staff are attentive & give Jackson love like he gets at home!“
“I followed Dr. Davis from the U. Of I. Vet Clinic to AHATC when he began this veterinary practice. I'm not even sure what year that was. I'm 85, so you know I am extremely happy with the competence and care all our dogs (and cats) have received. I have found warm and welcoming professionals from the receptionists, vet techs, and veterinarians throughout the many years I have been coming to this vet practice. The same has been true since Dr. Davis retired and Dr. Stoerger has continued the practice. Every time I've had to make that awful decision a pet owner often faces, I have been supported and eased through euthanizing a beloved furry member of our family, this practice has supported me with their combined veterinary skills, their empathy, and their understanding for my loss. My most recent experience in dealing with my Murphy's struggle with cancer, I was able to get through it with their support and caring. Dr. Stoerger came to my home with a vet tech and told me to let her know when I was ready. (You're not ever really "ready" to lose your friend and companion, but you know it's the last caring thing you can do for them, and I was given the gift of Dr. Stoerger's understanding and empathy for my loss. She has cared for Murphy, my beagle mix, from 2012 when I adopted him until his recent euthanasia. When the mass was discovered in his lung, she told me of the cancer division at U. Of I. Veterinarian Medical School, who were wonderful as well. When I took him there, she shared his medical records with them. In his illness and euthanasia, she was so tender with him--and with me--that I felt comforted, and I know Murphy was as well. I highly and confidently recommend Dr. Stoerger and this practice who will make your pet and you feel not only welcome, but confident in their hands. received. She shared his“
“They did a wonderful job with our girl Sadie. Huskies are always a handful to groom, and it was done perfectly. P.S. the can of spaghetti O's was not part of the grooming package“
“Good Friends has been great to me and my one cat. I was very anxious coming in, but the staff here are so kind and patient and they will take the time to explain everything to you. They also are very gentle with my cat. I plan on bringing my other cat in next. I only have good things to say about this clinic! If your pet needs major surgery or just a check up, they are in good hands here.“
“My brother took my mom’s dog, that she adopted. He was very matted and neglected prior to being adopted and she made him look so cute GREAT JOB.“
“My Great Pyrenees had to be muzzled and held down at the vet because he became fearful when his nails had to be cut. He seemed in agony and I felt agonized. I read that groomers can sometimes do this task without traumatizing the dog so I tried Becky. I thought it would be a "meet and greet" and a month-long adjustment. Becky worked a miracle, got Shep up on the table (a feat in itself), groomed him, relaxed him, and proceeded to trim all of his nails with not one murmur of protest from Shep. She made his anxiety and my anxiety vanish like smoke. There were multiple dogs in the same room and I was a nervous wreck about the whole thing because of the experience at the vet, but Becky knows dogs because it was a busy but friendly room with the dogs and the humans. I highly recommend Becky and Ruff Salon.“
“Jessica does an amazing job with our dog and her cut. She’s kind, patient, and genuinely loves her work. We could not be happier!“
“2024~We took our cat 'lil'gurl' here and the vet was willing to spend time with us and cover every possible avenue of what could be wrong it our baby. There is a caring and kindness here you may not find at other clinics. This is a wonderful place and I am greatful it exists“
“My boy LOVES Elegant Hound! First groomer I haven't fired - seriously. Moved away and still make the 2 hour round trip to see Heather for his spa day. Can't recommend enough! ?“
“I regularly take my dog to the Dog Den for daycare and then use their boarding services for trips away. The staff is always friendly, booking is easy, and I feel like my pup is always excited when I drop him off. I’m thrilled to have somewhere I can leave my dog and not worry about his safety or care. They do a great job!“
“I love the people and environment at Sportsvet and they take great care of my dog too!“
